Position: Supervisor for HR Services at LifeLabs
Manage the HR Help Services team in a pivotal Supervisor role ‘ll improve inquiry handling and ensure a high-quality employee support experience in this hybrid position.
The position of Supervisor, HR Help Services is available for a 12-month contract this role, you’ll supervise daily operations, emphasizing inquiry management, team performance, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include partnering with various HR departments to maintain efficient processes and improve overall HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee HR Help team’s daily operations
• Coach team members for service-focused performance
• Analyze service performance and inquiry trends
• Maintain quality HR knowledge resources
• Serve as primary escalation point for inquiries
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in HR service delivery
• Experience in a supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Familiar with HRIS and case management systems
• Strong documentation and improvement skills
