Job Description
You will be responsible for strategically executing the end-to-end hiring process, while ensuring superior candidate and Hiring Leader experience. You will execute the recruiting process to acquire the best talent with speed and quality. You will be a talent champion who can actively stay connected to a robust pipeline, maintain long-term relationships, and energetically sell the role and the AXP brand.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and HR on hiring strategy
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation) for the regional/functional segment
- Build talent pipelines for critical roles
- Use market insights to advise leaders
- Master ops excellence by using available technologies to improve efficiency and quality to accomplish the delivery plan
- Recommend and drive improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline by actively collaborating with GTA Manager
- Work with Hiring Leader to achieve headcount goals, gather key input for candidate slates, and provide feedback on candidates and influences hiring decisions
- Update and post jobs, manage requisitions, and disposition candidates
- Conduct first round interview, intake meetings, interview debriefs, and reviews assessments
- Structure new offers, works with compensation team to determine appropriate package and negotiate offer
- Partner with employee relations, legal, background check, etc.
- Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback
- Create events and handle colleague referrals
- Keep abreast of new hiring practices and trends in the industry
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment activities such as: sourcing, screening, interviews.
- Experience supporting corporate or specialized hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of ATS platforms (Brassring, Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Data-driven recruiting and workforce planning experience
- Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make logical decisions in a complex environment
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to influence at the highest levels
- French communications skils
