In this role, you will bridge the leadership team and sales associates, enhancing positive customer experiences and motivating your team. Your leadership will help shape store operations while fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support store management during their absence
• Motivate team members to exceed sales goals
• Oversee daily banking and POS management
• Conduct onboarding and training for new associates
• Communicate performance feedback and manage task delegation
Requirements:
• 1+ years of retail apparel experience
• Proven leadership ability in a sales context
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
