Team Member
As a Team Member at our client, you play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. You will collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations and create a positive experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Service
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with placing orders
- Provide clear information about menu items, promotions, and special offers
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
2. Food Preparation
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items in line with our client’s standards
- Use kitchen equipment properly and follow all safety procedures
- Uphold strict food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene practices
3. Store Operations
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate receipts
- Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages
- Ensure all areas of the store, including kitchen, dining, and restrooms, remain clean and organized
4. Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Assist in training and supporting new hires as needed
- Follow guidance and instructions from supervisors and management
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset, but not required
Work Conditions
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Experience
- Previous experience in a similar food service environment (preferred)
