Role Description
The Territory Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Manufacturer and Distribution Partners, engaging with stakeholders at national, regional, and local levels. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting technical training for partners and end users, and providing field support to identify opportunities and drive business growth. The role also involves analyzing market trends, coordinating with internal teams, and representing partner interests to achieve shared objectives. This is a full-time, remote based in Southern Ontario.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales strategy development, relationship management, and customer engagement
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and reporting
- Knowledge of the Safety and MRO market, as well as distribution channel management
- Ability to conduct technical training and support field-level engagement
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in an on-site role, and flexibility to travel within the designated territory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
