As a Territory Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing sales with established garden centres and retailers. Your responsibilities include in-person customer visits, ongoing inside sales communication, and fostering relationships to drive revenue growth. Frequent travel is required to support account growth while maintaining exceptional service levels.

• Manage and grow an established customer base

• Conduct regular in-person customer visits
• Communicate consistently through phone and email
• Strengthen relationships with independent garden centres
Requirements:
• Proven experience in outside sales or territory management
• Background in lawn and garden or related industries preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with independent work capability
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory
