Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building highly interactive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications while collaborating closely with design and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies
- Build scalable applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Translate UI/UX designs (Figma/Sketch/Adobe) into high-quality production code
- Ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers
- Maintain and improve frontend architecture and code quality standards
- Implement reusable components and design systems
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern framework:
- React.js (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js
- Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience working with REST APIs / GraphQL
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization
- Knowledge of accessibility (A11y) and UX best practices
- Ability to convert design mockups into pixel-perfect UI
UI/UX & Design Requirements
- Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Sketch
- Ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers
Good to Have – Salesforce UX & Platform Skills
- Experience designing for Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture:
- Objects, Flows, Validation Rules
- Role-based access control
- Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud or custom Salesforce implementations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
