Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Finance and Operations. The VP will oversee financial planning, manage financial statements, lead financial reporting, and conduct in-depth financial analyses. This role involves optimizing operational processes, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the strategic positioning of the organization within the digital asset economy. The VP will also play a key role in leading cross-functional teams, implementing operational improvements, and supporting organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Comprehensive understanding of core Finance concepts and advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Experience with crafting Financial Reports and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in fintech, digital assets, or related industries is advantageous
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
