Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Operations. The Vice President of Operations will lead and manage core operational strategies to ensure the company's efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing budgets and profitability (P&L), developing and executing strategic plans, ensuring excellent customer service delivery, and driving cross-functional project management success across the organization.

- Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management
- Experience in Customer Service excellence and fostering client relationships
- Strong background in Strategic Planning to align business goals with operational execution
- Skills in Project Management to oversee complex, cross-departmental initiatives
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive efficiency
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field is preferred
- Experience in technology or cybersecurity industries is a plus
