Video Content Producer/ Editor Jobs in Canada at Creative Circle
We are looking for a video producer to create scalable, research-ready assets for a global initiative. You will transform early creative concepts into structured STIM materials and produce core video content for multi-market testing. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who thrives with high ownership and quick iteration.
Starting this week (week of June 8th), and will be remote! It will run for 3 weeks, 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
STIM Video Development – Turn concept-level creative into structured stimulus assets for global research.
Core Video Production – Create 3-4 foundational :30 videos for testing and iteration.
Market Localization – Adapt content into 7-8 global variations with cultural nuance.
Generative AI Adaptation – Use AI tools to swap on-screen talent and maintain creative consistency.
Voiceover Direction – Manage VO and performance elements aligned to research needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with Catherine and stakeholders to refine outputs.
Rapid Iteration – Deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
Skills and Qualifications
Video production experience (agency or production background preferred)
Generative AI expertise for talent replacement and localization
Global content adaptation knowledge
Experience creating research stimulus is a strong plus
End-to-end production skills: editing, VO integration, final delivery
Comfortable working in fast, ambiguous environments with tight deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
