Key responsibilities
Receiving & inventory
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Accurately label, sort, and store products in designated warehouse locations
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors promptly
Picking, packing & shipping
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to work orders or pick lists
- Prepare outbound shipments for loading, ensuring correct labelling and packaging
- Load and unload trucks in a safe, organized, and timely manner
Safety
- Follow all workplace health and safety regulations and procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or damage immediately to supervisors
General warehouse support
- Assist team members and supervisors with various warehouse tasks as needed
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely
- Adapt to changing priorities and support day-to-day operations efficiently
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is an asset
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality showing up and giving your best every day
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Good attention to detail for accurate picking, receiving, and inventory tasks
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and guidelines
