This role emphasizes service excellence in all partner-facing activities, ensuring smooth transitions for new firms to our platform. As a vital link between clients and internal teams, you will leverage your experience to enhance operational relationships and drive effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage operational relationships with partners
• Identify and resolve service issues between departments
• Engage with clients to understand their goals and challenges
• Assist business partners with production problem analysis
• Compile and analyze service level agreement reporting
Requirements:
• 5 years’ experience in financial services operations
• Post-secondary degree in business or management
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
