Key Responsibilities:
• Support guests in beverage choices and pairings
• Maintain and organize wine storage areas
• Lead inventory management for beverages
• Conduct staff training on wine service
• Gather guest feedback for ongoing improvements
Requirements:
• Experience in fine dining as a Sommelier and server
• Extensive knowledge of wines, especially from BC
• Valid Sommelier Certification Diploma
• Professionalism and a keen attention to detail
• Commitment to continuous learning in the beverage field
