• Develop and execute growth strategy for the region
• Strengthen client relations and elevate market care
• Oversee local market engagement initiatives
• Collaborate on workplace and client experience improvements
• Represent WSP with key stakeholders and industry associations
Requirements:
• Experience in leadership within a complex environment
• Proven business development and financial management skills
• Strong relationship management capabilities
• Knowledge of infrastructure drivers in the region
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives preferred
