This temporary full-time role requires a passionate and compassionate individual, dedicated to fostering positive change for families. You will meet with families in their homes to provide research-based information, assist in developing family-directed goals, and connect them with community resources.
Your role will be pivotal in creating trust and support within the community of Yorkton.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish trusting relationships with families through home visits
• Provide continuous support and resources to meet family needs
• Assist in developing families’ goals and activities
• Maintain accurate home visit records and documentation
• Work flexibly, including evenings or weekends as necessary
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification
• Experience with children and families preferred
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
• Clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
