Join Springboard’s Youth Court Action Planning Program as a Youth Justice Worker. This full-time role focuses on case management and community engagement to support justice-involved youth and their families.
In this position, you will coordinate individual action plans, establish crucial relationships, and refer youth to essential services. With a focus on crisis prevention and intervention, your efforts will drive positive outcomes for young people navigating the justice system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish relationships with youth and their families
• Create and implement targeted action plans
• Conduct timely service referrals and maintain records
• Develop partnerships with community organizations
• Support documentation and program evaluation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Minimum two years’ experience with justice-involved youth
• Knowledge of YCJA and CYFSA
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software
• Ability to travel and work evenings as needed
